We will talk about the benefits of Agile, including how it benefits the business, IT department, and the customer. We will cover the team roles and artifacts in Scrum teams, and give a brief overview of how to plan an Agile iteration. This course is perfect for those working in a company moving towards Agile methods. It provides a comprehensive overview for those who will be working on a Scrum team, and it also provides a solid introduction to those who are not part of the Scrum team but need to understand how and why Scrum teams operate the way that they do.
